Operations are my love language

Meet Jolea

A smiling woman with long, curly black hair, wearing a black blazer over a white top, with her hands clasped, standing in front of a modern, light-colored background.

I'm Jolea. Founder of Made to Be Evergreen, fractional operations consultant, coach, wife, and mom of four.

Before I started consulting, I spent over a decade inside organizations that needed to move faster, run cleaner, and scale without burning their people out. I ran ministry operations at a growing church. I led teams of staff and volunteers. I produced large-scale events. I built the systems that let visionaries stay focused on their calling instead of getting pulled under by the weight of execution.

Along the way, I realized something most founders never get told directly: your business doesn't fail because your idea was bad. It stalls because you never built the infrastructure to carry it.

That's the work I do now.

Made to Be Evergreen exists because I believe businesses and the people running them should be designed for longevity, not just survival. Evergreen doesn't mean easy. It means rooted deep enough to stay alive through every season. That's the difference between a business that thrives for decades and the ones that burn bright for two years and then disappear.

I work with founders, small business owners, and leaders who are ready to stop being the bottleneck in their own business. Some of them bring me in as a fractional COO. Some need a specific project built or launched. Some need coaching to get their own life and leadership sustainable before they can scale anything else.

If you're here, something in that resonated. Let's talk.
