Meet Jolea

Hi, I’m Jolea Garza—a wife, mom of four, and business strategist who helps leaders build what God has placed on their hearts.

For more than a decade, I’ve led at the executive level in both ministry and business—overseeing departments, developing teams, and creating systems that turn vision into measurable growth. My leadership experience spans operations, HR, finance, children’s ministry, communications, and production—essentially, if it could be built, developed, or improved, I’ve helped make it happen.

Before serving in full-time ministry, I spent five years in the mortgage industry helping a team grow and scale to record-breaking milestones. That season taught me the power of structure, communication, and process—principles I carried with me into ministry leadership. Over the following years, I helped strengthen and streamline every area of church operations for a large, single-campus church—ensuring both teams and systems worked in healthy rhythm.

Today, I combine those two worlds—strategy and faith—to help leaders create clarity, build structure, and lead with confidence. In addition to consulting, I also founded Moms in Ministry, a 501(c)(3) created to support women navigating motherhood and ministry through connection, encouragement, and practical resources.

At home, I’m married to Gilbert, and together we’re raising our four incredible kids—ranging from toddlers to teens. Our life is full, faith-driven, and built around the belief that when you align your structure with your calling, everything begins to thrive.
